Color-matched tracks that vanish by day. Warm white after dark. Holidays from the phone. For homeowners — and for contractors who want an easy line to sell.
Two-piece or one-piece trim, powder-coated any RAL. 48V RGBW nodes with a data line — if one burns out, the rest stay on. A branded 600W control box with four zones.
Two-piece track
Base screws to the fascia. The cover snaps on and hides every screw, every wire, every node. Aluminum. Powder-coated to the house.
One-piece trim track
A slimmer one-piece fascia trim. Same powder-coat match, less profile — for clean rakes and tight details.
48V semi-frosted node
1.3W · DC48V · RGBW · 120° · CRI ≥ 90 · 25 mm. Data line through the string.
48V clear-lens node
Clear lens, true RGBW, 48 volts. Same data line — if one burns out, the rest stay on.
Four-channel control box
350W / 450W / 600W Mean Well. Four zones. Custom Permanent Lights badge. 300 × 200 × 170 mm ABS.
Custom powder coat
We don’t guess white. Tracks match the fascia — black, white, tan, or any RAL from the fan on the walkthrough.
Landscape
Same language, down to the ground.
24V RGBW deck, in-ground, spot, path, garden, and wall fixtures — quoted with the roofline, not a box of spikes.
Deck Light
0.96W · 24V · RGBW · SMD 5050. Low-profile puck for steps and boards.

Questions
Straight answers.
Will I see the lights during the day?
The track is powder-coated to match your fascia — white on white, brown on brown, tan on tile. Nodes sit in the channel. From the street it reads as trim, not a string of bulbs.
Are these Christmas lights?
No. Architectural eave lighting first. Warm white every night. Holidays are a scene in the app — not a second set of lights in a bin.
How do I control them?
The Permanent Lights app. Warm white, 16 million colors, dusk-to-dawn, timers. Set it and leave it.
What does a job cost?
We quote from photos: linear footage, track color, eaves-only or whole-home. No ladder until you say yes.
How long does install take?
Typical homes are a one- to two-day job.
What’s the warranty?
Five-year warranty on the system.
If one light burns out, do they all go dark?
No. 48V nodes with a data line. If one burns out, the rest stay on.
What’s the track? Will I see screws?
Two-piece: base screws to the fascia, cover snaps on and hides every screw and wire. One-piece trim for tight rakes.
Where does the controller live?
A branded four-channel box we hang with the job. Mean Well 350 / 450 / 600W. Custom Permanent Lights badge.
Do you only do the roofline?
No. Same language down to the ground — 24V RGBW deck, in-ground, spot, path, garden, and wall fixtures, quoted with the eaves.
Where do you work?
Ventura County and the west side: Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Oxnard, Ventura, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Malibu, Conejo Valley.
